Local Delivery Service

We provide a reliable local delivery service using our own fleet of delivery trucks and HIAB lorries. By operating our own vehicles, we maintain full control over your order from dispatch to delivery, ensuring a professional and dependable service every time.

Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery within our local service area only.

After adding your items to the cart, use our postcode checker and choose an available delivery date during checkout.

If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order and our team will be happy to assist.

Delivery Process

  1. Place Your Order
    Once your order is received, our team will review the details and prepare your materials for dispatch.
  2. Delivery Scheduling
    We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time wherever possible.
  3. Loading & Dispatch
    Your order is carefully loaded onto one of our delivery trucks or HIAB lorries, depending on the materials ordered and delivery requirements.
  4. Delivery to Site
    Our experienced drivers deliver directly to your address and, where access allows, HIAB deliveries can place materials as close as possible to your required location.

HIAB Deliveries

For heavy, bulky, or palletised materials, our HIAB lorries allow us to safely unload and position products on-site using the vehicle’s crane. Please ensure there is adequate access and sufficient space for the vehicle and lifting operation.

 

Small Truck Deliveries

For smaller orders and locations with more limited access, we use our fleet of delivery trucks to provide a flexible and efficient service. These vehicles are ideal for delivering loose materials, smaller quantities, and products that do not require crane unloading.

All small truck deliveries are made kerbside only. Our drivers will unload your order at the nearest safe and accessible point adjacent to your property. For safety and insurance reasons, drivers are unable to move materials beyond the kerbside or onto private property, unless agreed prior to delivery  

Please ensure there is suitable access and sufficient space for the vehicle to safely stop, unload, and leave the area. If there are any access restrictions or concerns about your delivery location, please let us know when placing your order.

Delivery Requirements

To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure:

  • The delivery address is accurate and complete.
  • Suitable access is available for large delivery vehicles.
  • Someone is available on-site to accept the delivery where required.
  • Any access restrictions are communicated to us when placing your order.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on order size, product availability, and location. While we always aim to deliver within the agreed timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to traffic, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
