Our policy is valid for a period of 7 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 7 days has lapsed, we can't, unfortunately,
offer you a refund.

Refund Requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

• Product is defective

• Product must be unopened

• Product must be in original packaging

• Product must be unused

• Product must not be damaged

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. 

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of
purchase, we will not issue a refund.

Sale and clearance items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

Shipping items

 In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization. Visit
any of our retail locations to return your items purchased through our online store. Our staff member will process your return or exchange for you.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

All refunds will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Returning Timber products

Due to the natural characteristics of timber in the UK, some changes in the product will NOT be covered under this returns policy. As we all know the UK weather is known to change frequently. Timber fencing, being an exterior product, can show minor defects due to the weather change through the year, rest assured this will not effect the integrity of the panel.

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Romford Fencing. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery Policy.

Delivery is to the kerbside only, where there is unrestricted access to your property, we can offload onto your driveway no more than 3-4m from our vehicle. We offer a tailored delivery service to suit your needs. For small orders we operate 3.5 tonne transit lorries, for orders over 1.5 tonne we will send our larger crane mounted lorry enabling us to unload your order quickly and efficiently. We pride ourselves on managing all our deliveries in house, giving us full control in delivering a fantastic service.

Delivery processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, delivery may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In the unlikely event that a significant delay occurs, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Romford Fencing only delivers to addresses in selected post code areas. We only deliver to valid postal codes.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Romford Fencing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Romford Fencing is not liable for any products after delivery is made. We check each item before loading, however in the unlikely event an item arrives damaged, it is the customers responsibility to inspect your order during offload to highlight any damages.

We currently do not ship outside the of our above areas.
